Overview
Creative Pulse is a series by the French Institute in Serbia about artists who work with AI. I was invited to speak at its first evening, "Creation challenged by AI", at MTS Dvorana in Belgrade on 30 September 2026, with Justine Emard, a visual artist from Paris, and Pierre Fautrel of Obvious, the collective whose AI portrait sold at Christie's in 2018.
The talk was to tell how DeepDream got me hooked in 2015 and how that turned into Neusatz, a parallel Novi Sad: how the films are made, and where AI still gets it wrong.
